Active Minds

Active Minds was founded in 2009 by Ben Atkinson-Willes, who was inspired by his personal experience with his grandfather's dementia. The lack of suitable activities for people living with dementia led him to create thoughtfully designed puzzles and other products to stimulate conversation and provide a sense of achievement. The company has since expanded to offer a range of over thirty products and has received positive feedback from users across Europe and North America, including private individuals and large organizations such as the NHS and Alzheimer’s Society. Active Minds is dedicated to improving the quality of life for people living with dementia, their families, and carers by providing suitable activities to alleviate problems of depression, boredom, and isolation.
