Business Description

Active Change Foundation (ACF) was founded in 2003 by the Qadir Brothers and Mike to address social cohesion and prevent the spread of violent extremism in their community. ACF has a unique understanding of the social, cultural, and faith issues that need addressing due to their personal experiences with street crime and extremism. Their work involves engaging with disaffected members of the community and building bridges between them and mainstream UK society. ACF's successful strategies have proven effective in stabilizing volatile communities and preventing violent gang crime and extremism. Their main objectives include promoting integration and cohesion within communities and diverting individuals at risk of violent extremism into positive lifestyles. ACF also works to empower women from at-risk communities and collaborate with other charitable and governmental institutions to achieve their goals.
