    Business Description

A Coombs Pet Centre, a long-standing pet supplies store in Brighton, is celebrating its 50th anniversary. The shop, which has been serving the community since 1934, originally started with a stock of eggs, laying hens, and a greengrocers. Owner Allan Coombs returned from the RAF to find eggs in high demand due to post-war rationing, leading to long queues of customers each morning. Today, the shop continues to provide a friendly and reliable source for pet food and equipment for small pets, reptiles, horses, and poultry.
